In our part of the country it has been awesome.  Sunshine and nice temperatures.  Flowers are coming up all over, the grass is getting green, and the trees are budding.

Yesterday was so nice, we had a picnic at the park and last night had our bible study outside by our outdoor fireplace.

Worship and bible study under the stars, can’t get much better.

Dandelions are coming soon!   Make the best of them and eat them.

How to pick and prepare greens

  • 1/2 pound torn dandelion greens
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. This looks even tastier than the recipe on my blog.
It has dandelions, olive oil and lemon.

There’s a video about picking and cleaning them by Clara.

  2. Time for a new post!
I’m adding you to my favorites list on my sidebar. I’m also putting in a post about your blog.
