Spring

In our part of the country it has been awesome.  Sunshine and nice temperatures.  Flowers are coming up all over, the grass is getting green, and the trees are budding. 

Yesterday was so nice, we had a picnic at the park and last night had our bible study outside by our outdoor fireplace. 

Worship and bible study under the stars, can’t get much better.

Dandelions are coming soon!   Make the best of them and eat them.  

 

 

 

How to pick and prepare greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound torn dandelion greens
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together dandelion greens, red onion, and tomatoes. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.
