Salad dinner

Looking for a light meal? How about a salad bar, at home.

Lets start with the good stuff!

We use a combination of lettuce and spinach.  The more green leafy stuff the better.

PROTEIN

We had turkey or ham chunks to choose from.  Meat isn’t necessary, but it sure taste good.

Also, we had carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

MORE VEGGIES AND CHEESE

Here we had half pepperjack and mozzarella cheese chunks, red onion, celery, and green olives.

MORE GOOD STUFF

We had some spanish peanuts, banana peppers, and Flax seed  a real   (superfood).

DRESSINGS

Craisins, something we just discovered, but ooh so good.

Dorothy Lynch dressing is my favorite.  We also had French and Ranch.

Ready to eat!
